FINANCIAL & PROGRAM REPORTING, PROGRAM COMPLIANCE

Program reporting and compliance are often areas of confusion and stress. We are on the forefront of providing reporting and compliance support for clients across the country, streamlining these processes and providing truly engaged support to destress and demystify requirements and timelines.

Reporting

Witt O’Brien’s is skilled in the preparation of Federally mandated reporting, and providing comprehensive analysis of specific Federal program reporting requirements. Services include:

  • Initiating process and system reviews to assess whether compliance and performance tracking requirements are sufficient, including identifying potential redundancies and shortfalls.
  • Conducting analysis of available resources and staff to integrate into the reporting processes.
  • Providing long-term strategy and resource planning to meet reporting requirements.
  • Evaluating and developing internal controls and processes for delivering compliant reporting.
  • Developing and deploying centralized reporting standards and data collection methods for both financial and metric data.
  • Delivering technical assistance on reporting requirements to relevant parties including Subrecipients, Community Action Agencies, and other non-governmental entities and partners.

Our post-submission assistance includes communication and support relative to the actual submission, and monitoring report submissions for any needed edits or concerns relayed by the Federal entity. It is critical that all processes are captured and documented in the event of future auditing, and Witt O’Brien’s delivers a detailed accounting of processes utilized before, during, and after report submission.
