Uniform Guidance Revisions Are Coming...

It is our belief the pending revisions announced by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to the Uniform Guidance will focus on aligning to this Administration’s Executive Orders and memorandums such as Executive Order 14224 (Designating English as the Official Language of The United State) with removing the multi-language accessibility references from the most recent revisions of October 1, 2024 and M-25-30 Ensuring Accountability: How We Oversee, Audit, and Improve and its application to a grant recipient’s project performance and fiscal responsibilities.
